The following comments from John Whitacre of the Frederick County Sanitation Authority should be complied with: 1. Show water meter location. 2. Show force main hookup detail. 3. Water pipe is SAR 21 Class 200. 4. Sewer pipe is SAR 21 Class 200. 5. What is water line size after fire hydrant? 6. BUSHIVIAW RESIDENT ENGINEER Ref: Winchester Regional Airport Frederick County This is to advise the airport layout plan to the above referenced location has been reviewed. Our main concern is the drainage along Route 645 (relocated Bufflick Road). Therefore, we did not attempt to check in detail all computations concerning the drainage of the airport complex. We have observed and comment on the following: Plan Sheet No. 7 The 15" pipe between Inlet D15 and D17 should be increased to 24" size. Plan Sheet No. 8 A drainage channel to be constructed from Inlet D18 (Plan Sheet 7) to the outlet end of the 42" pipe at Station 23+50. A drainage channel to be constructed from the emergency spillway of Sediment Basin No. 2 to the 4' concrete channel draining to the 60" pipe at Station 17+25. I am returning one (1) set of plans with our revisions marked in red. Please revise plans in accordance to our review and resubmit for approval. A land use permit will be required before any work is performed on the Department's right-of-way.
