I have enclosed two copies of the approved site plan for your use. There were several comments by the referral agencies that you must comply with. (1) Parking spaces must measure 180 square feet. (2) You need a gate valve on the 2" water line and copper pipe on the 2" water line. (3) The Fire Inspector says you must also have a fire hydrant a minimum of 40, feet from the building it is protecting. One hydrant will cover this property, provided a 13-D sprinkler system will cover the building. If NFPA 13 system is required, a second hydrant meeting the distance requirement will be necessary. This request for a revised site plan shall comply to Use Group "I", Institutional Section 307.0 of the BOCA National Code of 1987. If you have any questions, please give me a call at 665-5650.
