PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: Church
REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
Transportation Department - The above site plans have been reviewed. A
commercial entrance has been applied for and approved.
Sanitation Authority - 1) Need to know where existing 1" service stops; 2) Is
water meter existing?; Health Dept. to comment on drain field.
Health Department - Site plan will be changed to show septic tank and pump
chamber closer to building as per telephone conversation with Tom Davis, Dove
and Associates 11/25/87. Revised site plan will follow. Permit for septic
is being reviewed with refernce to revised site plan. "No objections".
Clearbrook Fire Company - Must follow fire code.
Inspections Department - This request for site plan shall comply to Use
Group A, Section 302.0, of the BOCA Basic National Building Code 1984.
Planning and Zoning - No objection. The church is a permitted use in the RP
Residential Performance) zoning district. All planning, zoning, site
planning and parking standards have been met.
STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval.

While reviewing our files, we realized that we had not sent you a letter of
approval for Site Plan # 052-87 of Wesleyan Methodist Fellowship Church.
This letter will confirm that on December 16, 1987, the Frederick County Planning
Commission approved Site Plan #052-87 of Wesleyan Methodist Fellowship Church for a
94' X 300' church building, a commercial entrance, and parking. This property is
located approximately four miles north of Winchester, on the west side of Route 11,
in the Stonewall Magisterial District.

be implemented during all phases of clearing, grading, and
construction, all conformity with the Virginia Erosion and
Sediment Control Law, Title 21, Chapter 1, Article 6.1 of the
Code of Virginia and local code laws.
