REVIEW EVALUATIONS: Dept. of Transportation - The plan appears to be within our minimum requirements. A permit must be applied for and approved before doing any work on the State's right-of-way. Suggest hydrant be located as indicated on the drawings which will provide greater fire protection for this facility. Anything less than this is not recommended from a fire and safety standpoint. Building Department - Must comply with VUSBC. Planning and Zoning - No objection. The proposed use is an allowed use in the B-2 (Business General) Zoning District. The plan meets all applicable site plan and zoning requirements. A fire hydrant must be placed on this site as per Sanitation Authority and fire company comment.
