Dear Steve,
Attached you will find a site development plan which has been
updated to reflect the actual as built unit locations for this present phase of
development. As you recall the initial site plans were approved on this
project in order to allow for flexibility in locating units to avoid trees and
other topographical features while maintaining adequate spacing under the
zoning ordinance. You will note that the as built locations shown meet the
imposed conditions.
You will also note the
addition of twelve new
units
on this site plan.
Utilizing in field techniques
these spaces have been
identified
together with
acceptable extensions of the
existing utility system within
the already zoned
area. Market pressures would predict the need for
these
units this Spring.
The Owner has authorized
the Engineer to proceed
with
the design of the
offsite sewage interceptor with expectations of connection
to the regional
system immediately when service is available.
