This property is located on Route 629, between Route 622 and Route 628 in the Back Creek Magisterial District. Before any construction, a building permit must be obtained. At that time, we would need the permit applied for and approved for the main entrance way. Health Department - No objections Stephens City Fire Company - In addition to complying with Chapter 10 of the Frederick County Code, we would like to recommend complying with NFPA 43D, 1986 Edition, pertaining to storage of pesticides. Inspections Department - Section 36-98.1 of the Code of Virginia states that the Department of General Services shall act as the Building Official for state-owned buildings. Planning and Zoning - No objection. This plan meets all applicable site plan and zoning standards.
