MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT: Shawnee ADJACENT LAND USE AND ZONING: Winchester Airport, residential and vacant land use; A-2 (Agricultural General) and M-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning. PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: office development REVIEW EVALUATIONS: VA Dept. of Highways & Transportation - The proposal is not within our minimum commercial entrance standards and will have to be designed and constructed in accordance with VDH&T minimum commercial entrance requirements. Sanitation Authority - Water and sewer facilities to serve the area of the proposed development are under design. Service is proposed to be available in 1988. Health Department - No objection; present septic system has malfunctioned in the past and office use would require less water than residential use. Facility to be connected to central sewer when available. Inspections Department - The proposed structures to be built in accord with the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code. Greenwood Fire Company - Fire Codes should apply when water is provided to this site. Planning and Zoning - A 5,000 square foot minimum is required for the office - type use. The proposed 5,000 square foot facility is permitted. All applicable site planning and zoning standards have been met.
