Enclosed please find the topographical map prepared for
our building materials operation at the former J&P Properties
site along Front Royal Rd. Our hope is to minimize changes to
the existing layout of the site until the operation has had a
chance to get established.
We are anticipating the addition of 8000 sf of post and
beam warehouse space to the rear of the existing metal
building as shown on the plans. As discussed, I shall call
you during the week of December 29 to review this proposal.
Fence and sign locations are tentative.
