warehouse addition, parking, access, and site improvements to the existing
manufacturing facility. This property is located on Route 11 South at Middletown,
in the Opequon Magisterial District.

MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT: Opequon
ADJACENT LAND USE AND ZONING: Industrial, residential and agricultural land use;
and M-1 and A- 2 Zoning.
PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: A 66,000 square foot warehouse addition, parking
access, and site improvements to the existing manufacturing facility.
REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
Highway Department - No objection. Plans should be amended to reflect all
VDH&T commercial entrance requirements. A permit is required prior to
working on the state's right-of-way.
Town of Middletown - No objections.
Inspections Department - Proposed structure to be built in conformance with
the Virginia Statewide Building Code.
Middletown Fire Company - No objection. Must meet County Fire Code
regulations. A hydrant should be located on the south side of the addition.
Planning and Zoning - No objection. All applicable parking, zoning, and site
plan requirements have been met.
