This letter is to confirm the Planning Commission's action at their meeting
of December 17, 1986. ,
Approval of Site Plan #039-86 of Holiday Inn East located on the north side
of Route 50 East, in the Shawnee Magisterial District, to contruct a two
story motel addition with required parking, access and site improvements.
Total additional living units fifty-one and three meeting rooms.

PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: Two story motel addition with required parking,

REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
Highway Department - We have no additional comments. What is being pro-
posed does not attect our existing right-of-way.
Greenwood Fire Company - No objections. Must meet Chapter 10 of the
Frederick County Code for hydrant location and emergency access.
Inspections Department - Proposed building to be designed and built in
conformance with the Virginia Statewide Building Code and applicable
referenced standards for the intended use.
City of Winchester - As per attached letter.
Planning and Zoning - No objection. The proposed motel addition meets
all zoning and site planning standards.
Staff Recormiendations - Approval.
