Thank you for submitting this rezoning request to the City for review.
I will, in the future, forward copies of City rezoning requests near City -County
boundary lines to you for your review and comment.
The area in the City near this property is shown in the City's Comprehensive
Plan as medium -density residential land use, which would allow single-family
residential construction. My concern with the land uses north of the City boundary
on Fox Drive is that they be compatible with the existing single-family zoning
along the boundary line in the City. A large area of high density multi -family
residences adjacent to the City boundary line in this area would be incompatible
with the City's Comprehensive Plan.

which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference as if set out in haec verba. The realty
herein conveyed is the remaining portion of a larger
parcel of land containing 44.052 acres which wa- con-
veyed to the male Grantors herein by J. Kenneth Robinson
and Ray Robinson, Jr., doing business as Kenray, a
partnership, by deed dated September 24, 1962, and
recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of
Frederick County, Virginia, in Deed Book 282, at Page
432, from which larger parcel of land the Grantors
