of Virginia route 739 - just north of the intersectiono f Virginia route 739 and U.S.
It has a frontage of 2119.73' feet and a depth of 1300 feet and consists of 27 acres.

THIS DEED, made and dated this __1,7 -r4 day of
c , 1976, by and between J. Kenneth Robinson and Ray
Robinson, Jr., doing business as Ken -Ray, a general partnership,
as partners and individually, parties of the first part; and the
County School Board of Frederick County, Virginia, party of the
second part; and Kathryn"R. Robinson, wife of J. Kenneth
Robinson, and Elizabeth D. Robinson, wife of Ray Robinson, Jr.,
parties of the third part.
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten ($10.00) Dollars, and other good and valuable considerate
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the said parties of the
first part do hereby grant and convey, with general warranty
of title, unto the said party of the second part, in fee simple,
all of that certain tract of land, lying and being situate
West of Route 739 in Gainesboro Magisterial District, Frederick
County, Virginia, containing 69.092 acres, and more particularly
described by.that certain plat and survey prepared by Thomas C.
G1ass,.C.L.S., dated October 15, 1975, hereto attached and by
this reference is made a part of this Deed, which property is
the remaining portion of Parcel "D" conveyed to J. Kenneth
Robinson, et al, by deed dated July 5, 1960, of record in the
Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Frederick County, Virgin'
in Deed Book 264, Page 299, to which deed and the references
therein, reference is here made for a more particular descriptio,
of the property hereby conveyed.
This conveyance includes but shall be subject to a
right-of-way Sixty (60) feet in width, extending along part of
the Northern boundary of the said property as shown on the
aforesaid plat granted to Samuel N. Whitacre, et al, by
Deed of Easement dated September 12, 1968, of record in the

aforesaid Clerk's Offic� in Deed Book 346, Page 26.
The said parties of the third part join in the execu
of this Deed for the sole and express purpose of conveying all
of their right, title and interest in the aforesaid property

The said parties of the first part covenant that they
have the right to convey the said property to the said party of
the second part; that the said party of the second part shall
have quiet and peaceable possession to said property, free from
all liens and encumbrances, except as hereinbefore provided;
and the said parties of the first part will execute such further
assurances of title as may be requisite.

Frederick County, Virginia, by counsel, and moved for leave to file its
Petition herein for appointment of an attorney to examine title to the
land proposed to be purchased from J. Kenneth Robinson, et al, for public
use under the provisions of § 22-150, Code of Virginia (1950), as amended.
ON CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, and it appearing to the Court that the
relief prayed for should be granted, the Court hereby designates William A.
Johnston, Esq., Attorney at Law, as attorney for the purpose of examining
and approving title to the aforesaid land within the meaning of the said
