Route 11 about three and one half (3 1/2) miles North of Winchester, in the Stonewall Magisterial District, Frederick County, Virginia. Dear Ms. Stefen: This firm represents C. Edward Shirley and Evelyn D. Shirley with respect to the above captioned rezoning matter. In connec- tion therewith, I enclose herewith the following items: 1. The application for rezoning which, as you will note, has been signed by Mr. and Mrs. Shirley. 2. Our firm's check in the amount of $103.00, said sum representing the application fee which is described in Paragraph 7 of the sheet titled "Amendment Policies" which is distributed by your office. 3. Six copies of the Platt of survey prepared by Richard U. Goode, C.L.S., dated September 13, 1978 of the 2.03 acre tract which the Shirleys' desire to rezone. 4. Six copies of a scaled location map prepared by Richard U. Goode, C.L.S., dated September 13, 1978 which out -lines the land to be rezoned. 5. One copy of a certificate prepared by Dorothy V. Keckley, Treasurer of Frederick County, Virginia, indicating that the said 2.03 acre tract is free of any tax lien and consequently, that all pro- perty taxes due and payable to the County have, in fact, been paid and that there are no delinquent taxes. Schultz, Jr. 10/10/78 Page 2 I have been advised by Ron Berg that the Rezoning Fact Sheet which is referred to in Paragraph 5 of your "Amendment Policies" is not necessary in this matter and we have, there- fore, not submitted such document along with this application. I have also been advised by Ron Berg that it is permissable to advise you, in letter form, regarding the location of existing buildings on the subject tract, as well as the proposed loca- tion of any new buildings. In connection therewith, I advise you of the following: EXISTING BUILDINGS: There is only one existing build- ing on the 2.03 acre tract. This building is 55 feet across its front, and 24 feet deep. The front of the building is situate 200 feet from the eastern boundary line of such tract of land (such eastern boundary line constituting the northwest side of U. S. Route 11) and is 25 feet from the northwestern boundary of the tract of land labeled "C. E. Shirley 0.44 AC." on the attach- ed Platt of Survey of Richard U. Goode, C.L.S., dated September 13, 1978. The southern side of said building is located 20 feet north of the southwestern boundary line of said 2.03 acre tract. PROPOSED BUILDINGS: The 40' x 60' steel frame metal building which is referred to in the rezoning appli- cation is proposed to be located 60 feet from the rear property line of the 2.03 acre tract. Such proposed building will be centered between the two side boundary lines of such 2.03 acre tract.
