THIS QUITCLAIM DEED made and dated this 25th day of April
1978, by and between CLARENCE L. BRAITHWAITE, single, party of the
first part, hereinafter called the Grantor, and LINWOOD S. DUNN
and BETTY J. DUNN, his wife, parties of the second part, herein-
after called the Grantees.
WHEREAS, Darlington Land and Lumber Company, a Virginia
Corporation, by deed dated November 29, 1967, conveyed a certain
tract or parcel of land to Linwood S. Dunn and Betty J. Dunn, his
wife, and which land is known and designated "other land" on the
plat of Section A and Section C of "Burning Knolls Subdivision",
which Deeds of Dedication are of record in the Office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of Frederick County, Virginia in Deed Book
250 at Page 1 and Deed Book 260 at Page 135, respectively; and,
WHEREAS, the aforesaid plat of Section A shows a 50 ft.
Right of Way along the Western boundary of the subject property

WHEREAS, by deed dated July 23, 1960, from Carroll A.
