Grimm as 31 acres , more or less, by deed of Margaret S. Wright and B. Beverley Wright, her husband, dated September 3, 1968 of record in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 349 at page 11. C. The remaining property is all of the property south of Interstate Route No. 37, being part of a larger tract originally acquired by Douglas 0. Grimm and Helen B. Grimm, his wife, as tenants by the entireties 421 FAGr 624 , with common law rights of survivorship by deed from Roy R. Boyce and wife, dated March 1 , 1956-of record in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 240 at page 322. Helen B. Grimm has subsequently died thereby vesting full title in Douglas-O. Grimm, surviving tenant.
