November 2, 1977 H. Ronald Berg Planning Director County of Frederick 9 Court Square Winchester, Virginia 22601 Dear Sir: It has been brought to our attention that part of our land was rezoned from agricultural to residential in 1973. We believe this to be in error and wish to have our land rezoned from residential to agricultural. At the present time, part of our land is agricultural and part residential. It should all be agricultural - its original use. Our properties are adjoining in Shawnee District and are located a short distance east of Route 522 South, across from Shenandoah Memorial Park.
