Ellis Mini -warehouses Z LOCATION: Intersection of Route 761 and Route 664 MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT: Stonewall ADJACENT LAND USE AND ZONING: Residential and agricultural land use and agricultural zoning. PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: Construct 110 mini -warehouse units; initial phase 46 units. REVIEW EVALUATIONS: Virginia Dept. of Highways and Transportation - A commercial entrance permit must be secured, prior to any work being done on the right-of-way. Department of Inspections - All construction must conform to Use Group S (Storage) of the BOCA Basic Building Code. Health Department - No objection; no employees at this site. Clearbrook Fire Company - No comment. Planning and Zoning - No objection. STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval.
