This letter is to confirm the Frederick County Planning Commission's
action at their meeting of March 7, 1984:
Approval of Site Plan #006-84 of Leonard Ellis for the Estate of
Brady T., Sr. and Shirley C. Fllis for the construction of 110 mini -
warehouse units at the intersection of Route 761 and Route 664 in the
Stonewall Magisterial District.

MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT: Stonewall
ADJACENT LAND USE AND ZONING: Residential and agricultural land use
and agricultural zoning.
PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: Construct 110 mini -warehouse units;
initial phase 46 units.
REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
Virginia Dept. of Highways and Transportation - A commercial
entrance permit must be secured, prior to any work being done on
the right-of-way.
Department of Inspections - All construction must conform to Use
Group S (Storage) of the BOCA Basic Building Code.
Health Department - No objection; no employees at this site.
Clearbrook Fire Company - No comment.
Planning and Zoning - No objection.
STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval.
