Box 601 - Winchester, Virginia - 22601 It SITE PLAN #010-85 Red Star Express Lines/James Wilson Zoned M-1 (Light Industrial) LOCATION: McGhee Drive, Stonewall Industrial Park MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT: Stonewall ADJACENT LAND USE AND ZONING: Open space and industrial land use and M-1 zoning PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: Construct a 9,787 square foot truck terminal and maintenance/office building with required site improvements. REVIEW EVALUATIONS: Inspections Department - Proposed structures to be built in accordance with the current edition of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code. Highway Department - Everything appears satisfactory with the exception that the applicant show the curbing on the east side extended beyond the property line. It should be stopped at the property line to be within our minimum requirements. Clearbrook Fire Company - No comment. Sanitation Department - Satisfactory. Planning and Zoning - The site plan has been amended from the plan presented on May 22 to include: an on -site detention facility which restricts outflow to predevelopment rates; an amended maintenance/office building design which will now also house offices for Mr. Wilson!s refuse business. THis office use will be for only one full-time office employee. Should Mr. Wilson's use expand or change at this site, the plan may need to be amended to include required paved access and parking areas.
