Nicholson Siler Route, Box 510 Winchester, Virginia 22601 Dear Mr. Nicholson: This letter is to confirm the Frederick County Planning Commission's action at their meeting of March 7, 1984: Approval of Site Plan #004-84 of Earl M. Nicholson for an Auto Auction to be located on Route 11, immediately north of Rest Church, in the Stonewall Magisterial District with the following amendments: 1. The one-way gravel road exiting on Route 669 be moved as close as possible to the I-81 right-of-way. 2. The two-way entrance from Route 11 be placed 100' from the Rest Church property line. 3. A 60" chain -link fence be placed along the north Rest Church property line. 4. Evergreen screening be placed along the west Rest Church property line. Frederick County Planning Commission Dear Sirs: February 23, 1984 Op4 1� There has been expressed some reservations with regards to the roadway bean` put on the property adjoining the Rest fnited Methodist Church Cemetery, on the north side. The north side of the cemetery lays low and water has a tendency to tand on this ground after a heavy rain. With the roadway being established so close to the property boundry whey-- it is now will only cause more water to be run from the roadway into the cemetery, thus causing flooded lots. 'Fie can also see a potential traffic hazard if there would be a lot of traffic moving in ani out of this roadway at the same time there was a funeral at the ;F:r.et.ary. Also if you will notice the road markings the passing zones for traffic -)n Route 11 change almost at this Point. We feel the roadway could be moved to the north 1 0 feet or more and still serve the nrooerty very well.
