PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: Tractor trailer storage and maintenance. REVIEW EVALUATIONS: Inspections Department - Proposed building to be in conformance with the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code and applicable referenced standards. Highway Department - This site plan appears to be within our minimum requirements, however, a commercial entrance permit must be applied for and approved berfore any work is done of the state's right-of-way. Greenwood Fire Company - No objection. Health Department - A sewage disposal system designed to accomodate three full-time employees has been installed on this property. Therefore, the Health Department has no objections. Planning and Zoning - Satisfactory, with amendments required by the Highway Department. Access has been assured through a joint right-of-way agreement across adjacent properties. See enclosed copy.
