PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS REVIEW EVALUATIONS: 9,775 square foot airplane hanger Inspections Department - Structure must be built in compliance with the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code. Highway Department - Site plan appears satisfactory. However, a permit must be approved before doing any work on the State's right-of-way. Greenwood Fire Company - No objection to the proposed hanger of the O'Sullivan Corporation. However, I might bring up at this time the risk of fire at the Winchester Airport in general warrants the need for county water at that location. We are very much past due on such an important part of wise business planning and should not be ignored any longer. Planning and Zoning - Satisfactory; no employees will be housed in the structure; this facility will have another individual entrance on Route 645. STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval. 0.
