Henry: � � This letter is to confirm our recent discussion regarding the use of a pool and accessory bath house/office to meet :the recreational requirements of the RP, Residential -Performance Zoning District. Again, this office has no objection to the substitution of a pool for the recreational items suggested in the Frederick County Zoning Code. It is o u r feeling that a pool would greatly benefit your development and meet all zoning recreational standards. I should note that the pool is for the use of the residents of your develop- ment and not to be used in a commercial fashion. If you have any questions, please call this office. MY PLAN IS TO SELL ME"PERSHIPS TO THE LOCAL RESIDENTS TO HELP SUPLIMENT THE EXPENSE OF THE CONSTRUCTION COSTS.
