Planning and Zoning - The site plan for this property is for an area to be _leased by Roadway Express from Mr. Gilpin and therefore, no subdivision of the property has taken place. The Planning Commission, therefore, will not have the opportunity to review a final subdivision plat for this particular parcel. The staff has informed Mr. Gilpin and Roadway Express, however, that occupancy of this structure will be dependent on the total completion of all required roadway, sewer, and water facilities.
