LOCATION: Intersection of Route 656 and Route 661
MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT: Stonewall
ADJACENT LAND USE AND ZONING: Open space, residential, and
agricultural land use and agricultural zoning.
PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: Church and accessory parking
REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
Department of Inspections - Any structures built on this site
must be built in compliance with the Viringia Uniform Statewide
Building Code.
Highway Department - A commercial entrance permit must be
applied for and approved before doing any work on the State's
right-of-way. This will depend on having the adequate sight
distance in both directions.
Health Department - No objection to proposal. See attached
correspondence, dated Fall of 1983, concerning proposal.
Clearbrook Fire Company - No comment
Planning and Zoning - Satisfactory, plans must be amended to
show actual revised building location.
STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval.
