Standard EC-3 Soil Stabilization Mat is to be installed at locations noted. 3. A 20' drainage easement to be provided from Lot No. 54, Lakeridge Drive, to tie-in with easement in Village at Lakeside, Section VII. 4. Drainage easements to be added for drain ditch outfalls from Cascade Circle. 5. It is the developer's responsibility to determine the size of private entrance culverts for this project. Our minimum requirements are 15" in diameter and 30' in length. At this time I will request a listing of culvert sizes for my files. A private entrance detail should also be incorporated into the plans in accordance with the enclosed private entrance specification sheet. Please revise and resubmit for review. I have attached copies of the Subdivision and Site Plan Application Packages. Please note the highlighted sections, I do not know how to make the items required for submission any clearer. I welcome your suggestions.
