It has come to my attention that a building constructed by your
firm, under permit #4846, has been occupied in violation of Section
119.1 of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code. This section
requires that a building not be occupied in whole or in part until a
certificate of use and occupancy has been issued by the building official.
Issuance of this certificate is contingent upon satisfying the
requirements of various state and local agencies.
In an effort to determine the status of the above captioned
project, I have arranged a site inspection to be conducted on, February
9, 1979, at 1:00 p.m. Representatives of the Inspection Department,
Health Department and Highway Department will be present.
Should you require any additional information on this matter,
please feel free to contact me any weekday between 9:00 a.m., and
5:00 p.m.
