Dear Mr. Wilkins:

WINCHESTER. VIRGINIA 22601
I have received approval of the site plan for an office building
from the Sanitation Authority. The Highway Department still is request-
ing modifications to the drop inlet to bring the drainage out onto
State right-of-way or a twenty (20) foot easement for drainage. The
Engineering Department has also commented that the grades proposed along
the east and north boundaries could not be stabilized and they should
be revised. The site plan does meet zoning requirements for parking
and setback lines.

Reference is made to my letter of June 3, 1977,
concerning plans for a professional office building
on Lot "B" in the Shenandoah Hills area and Route #7
Fast, which is zoned B-2. I am herewith submitting
five (5) copies of the revised site plan, which in—
corporates the changes recommended by Mr. Reggie King
of the Virginia Department of Highways.
The changes have been incorporated in the re—
vised plan by 1Afr. Bruce Edens of Greenway Engineering
Company. Although the changes are minor, it is kindly
requested that you substitute these five copies for
the ones delivered to you on June 6, 1977.
