Wilkins, Jr. 13 South Loudoun Street Winchester, Virginia 22601 In Re: Lot B, Shenandoah Hills Subdivision Dear Mr. Wilkins: 9 COURT SQUARE WINCHESTER. VIRGINIA 22601 I have received approval of the site plan for an office building from the Sanitation Authority. The Highway Department still is request- ing modifications to the drop inlet to bring the drainage out onto State right-of-way or a twenty (20) foot easement for drainage. The Engineering Department has also commented that the grades proposed along the east and north boundaries could not be stabilized and they should be revised.
