terial District --- Zoning: Business -Limited (B-1).
Dear Dr. Mandel:
This is to advise that Professional Offices and Office Building are listed
as permitted uses in the Business -Limited (3-1) District under the Frederick
County 'Zoning Ordinance adopted November 1, 1973.
It is important that you understand two (2) things concerning this pro-
fessional activity, as _follows:
1) That boarding is to be restricted to hospital patients and
that there will be no commercial boarding; on this property.
2) A Site Plan, as required, must be approved by Frederick
County before any permits can be issued.
