AMENDED SITE PLAN #012-77 Blue Ridge Mobile Home Park Zoned MR-1 (Mobile Home Community) LOCATION: Southside of Route 7, East of Winchester MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT: Shawnee ADJACENT LAND USE AND ZONING: Residential and agricultural zoning and open space and residential land use. PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: 36 additional spaces for placement of mobile homes. REVIEW EVALUATIONS: Inspections Department - Proposed construction to'be in accordance with the Industrialized Building Code and applicable standards. Health Department - Owners are applying for a pump and haul permit until such time as connection to the Winchester -Frederick Service Authority Sewer System can be made. The Frederick County Sanitation Authority has agreed to and will oversee this operation to pump and haul. No objection as long as a permit is obtained and I foresee no problem. Sanitation Authority - Service will be provided through a pump and haul system to the Sanitation Authority's Abrams Creek System until such time as the regional facilities are available. Greenwood Fire Company - We do not have any problems with the proposed plan. VA. Dept. of Highways - No objection to site plan, as it appears this proposal is off the State's right-of-way and does not connect to one of our existing roads.
