RE: Site Plan Approval For Allied Wood Products.
Dear Mr. Cutshaw:
The Frederick County Planning Department administratively approved Site Plan #007-93
of Allied Wood Products on March 31, 1993. The approved site plan calls for the
construction of a 6,500 square foot metal building to serve as a lumber mill, a 960 square
foot pole shed, and all appropriate erosion and sediment control measures. The approved
site plan states that no additional employees will be hired; therefore, no additional parking
is required on this site. Enclosed is a copy of the approved site plan for your records.
Please contact our department to schedule an inspection of this site once all improvements
are complete. All improvements specified on the approved site plan must be finished prior
to the issuance of a Final Certificate of Occupancy Permit.
