Dear Mr. Cutshaw: The Frederick County Planning Department administratively approved Site Plan #007-93 of Allied Wood Products on March 31, 1993. The approved site plan calls for the construction of a 6,500 square foot metal building to serve as a lumber mill, a 960 square foot pole shed, and all appropriate erosion and sediment control measures. The approved site plan states that no additional employees will be hired; therefore, no additional parking is required on this site. Enclosed is a copy of the approved site plan for your records. Please contact our department to schedule an inspection of this site once all improvements are complete.
