Based on this review, we offer the following comments: 1) Provide an erosion and sediment control plan for use during construction. 2) Provide a stormwater management plan for the proposed addition. It is suggested that this plan be designed to encompass the existing development. We recommend that the pre -development conditions adopt a "C" value of 0.35. The post -development should adopt "C" values of 0.9 in areas occupied by buildings and concrete pads and 0.8 in areas covered by bituminous paving. 3) Clarify what demolition is required to accommodate the proposed expansion. 4) Provide a pavement section for the proposed bituminous paving. 5) Indicate the compaction requirements for the fill under the proposed building addition and pavement expansion.
