This site plan was originally submitted in 1988 and was designated as site plan # 04&88. The overall concept of this plan is fine, however, there are a few items that must be added prior to final site plan approval. I offer the following comments: 1) The zoning of the site should be indicated on the plan. 2) The use and zoning of adjoining properties should be included. / 3) The acreage of the site should be stated. 4) The setbacks should be indicated for each proposed pad/structure. f 5) The revised FAR calculation should be included. 6) The location of any additional outdoor lighting fixtures should be shown (if applicable). Keep in mind that we still need the official application package along with the required agency review comments and $300 fee before this site plan can go on the bi-monthly report to the Planning Commission.
