The approved site plan calls for the conversion of existing offices into an institutional care facility, the resurfacing of an existing parking area, the installation of a van accessible disabled parking space, a van accessible parking sign, a concrete walkway, and a fire lane that will be twenty feet in width, and all appropriate erosion and sedimentation control measures. Hilltop House has filed for a variance to waive buffer and screening requirements along the eastern property boundary. If this request is denied, Frederick County will require a revised site plan that addresses these requirements. I have enclosed two copies of the approved site plan. This will enable you to have a copy for the job site and keep a copy for your files. Please contact this office to schedule an on - site inspection once all improvements are complete.
