However, we have monitored the site on several occasions over the past several weeks and have found the existing gravel entrance into the property is still being used by customers. For your information we previously conmented on this entrance in January, 1990. Attached is a copy of said comments. As you can see from our earlier review if access to the business were to continue then it would be necessary- for the substandard entrance to be either blocked or removed. Therefore, at this time we request the substandard private entrance be removed and the right-of-way restored. Quite frankly we see no reason for the entrance to remain since the owner just recently installed a standard commercial entrance to serve his business.
