This plan calls for the construction of an automatic car wash, a four bay self wash facility, six vacuum cleaners, water reclaim tanks,a commercial entrance to meet VDOT standards, an asphalt manuvering area with directional flow arrows, CG-6 curb and guttering around the perimeter of the manuvering area, a retaining wall, a solid screen wooden fence, six 400 watt post lamps to be directed away from adjoining properties,and appropriate sediment and erosion control measures.
