The purpose of that meeting was to discuss the County's position regarding the expiration date of the above referenced site plan. The site plan submitted by Mr. M. L. McDonald was reviewed and approved under the requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance, dated February 14, 1990, as amended. These regulations reflect current County requirements; therefore, our department will extend the eighteen (18) month approval time period for this plan an additional six (6) months.
