Dear Steve:
This letter concerns our meeting of March 9, 1992. The purpose of that meeting was to
discuss the County's position regarding the expiration date of the above referenced site plan.
The site plan submitted by Mr. M. L. McDonald was reviewed and approved under the
requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance, dated February 14, 1990, as
amended. These regulations reflect current County requirements; therefore, our
department will extend the eighteen (18) month approval time period for this plan an
additional six (6) months.
Site Plan #032-90 of M. L. McDonald received administrative approval on September 11,
1990. The approval of this plan shall expire on September 11, 1992 unless building permits
have been obtained for construction.
Please keep this letter as proof of the County's position regarding this matter.

Dear Allen:
Upon further review of the above referenced site plan dated April 16, 1990
please find our recommendations on the attached plan marked in red and as
follows:
1. All recommendations in our previous letter to you dated April 11, 1990
should be addressed.
2. The mitered end section should be removed from the existing CG-6 Curb &
Gutter to ensure a smooth tie-in to the proposed 03-6 extension on
Route 716. Also, any patching along the gutter pan should be completed
with plant mix asphalt.
Please revise the plans and resubmit four (4) copies for final approval.
Should any changes be deemed necessary please design them to meet or exceed
the above recommendations.

The issues pertaining to the site plan for Mr. & Mrs. McDonald need
to be resolved in the near future. I would suggest that the
revisions be made and fees paid so the McDonalds have an approved
site plan for future use. If they do not want to pursue the
approval of this site plan, I will need to receive a letter from
your firm requesting that the site plan be withdrawn.
