The Frederick County Planning Department administratively approved site plan #008-92
of Miles, Inc. on June 4, 1992. This plan calls for a 5000 square foot autoclave
replacement expansion and waste neutralization building, stormwater management and
erosion and sediment control measures.

RE: Preliminary Review of Miles Inc., Site Plan
Dear Frank:
This letter is in reference to my preliminary review of the Miles Inc. site plan. The overall
concept of this plan is fine; however, there are some minor revisions that need to be made
in order to receive final site plan approval. I offer the following comments:
1) The complete name and address of the owner should be shown on the plan.
2) The Magisterial District of the site should be shown.
3) The use of the adjoining properties should be stated.
4) The location and dimensions of all signs (if any new ones are proposed))
These revisions are minor and you should be able to include this information in the
narrative. Be advised that once you have received your first round of comments, we will
officially accept your application and will include you on the current bi-monthly report to
the Planning Commission.
