The approved site plan calls for the construction of a weight -scale building, weight -scales, an access road section complete with SM-2A surfacing, a weight -scale building parking area complete with nine (9) regular parking spaces, one (1) handicapped parking space, concrete wheel stops, a four (4) foot wide sidewalk, and a four (4) foot wide handicapped ramp, a service parking lot complete with an aggregate surface, refuse bins, recycling bins, and a retaining wall, and all appropriate erosion and sediment control measures.
