This site plan was provided by Mr. Fred Ash of Howard Shockey & Sons, Inc. The following comments need to be addressed prior to final site plan approval: 1) Provide the use and zoning of all adjoining properties. 2) Provide the dimension and location of all required setbacks. 3) Provide the FAR calculations for this site. 4) Include the proposed use and height of each building. 5) Provide the route number for West Brooke Road. 6) The calculations for the number of parking spaces and loading spaces needs to be provided. Please show all parking spaces (existing and proposed) with dimensions and aisle widths.
