I did not recall this structure on the site plan so I asked plant. representative, Paul Stork, about this building. He said he was not aware that permits were needed for this building. He. is going to contact you regarding revised site plan and John Trenary regarding building permits. There is also an engineered fire suppression system in this unit which will require permits, inspection, and testing. Should you need further information, please advise. One explosion -proof motorized ventilation system equipped with one UL listed, CSA approved, Class I, Division I, Group D, totally enclosed motor (120V, 4.5A, 60 Hz, single-phase) with non -static 12" diameter, cast aluminum fan blade. System is controlled by one exterior UL listed, CSA approved, Class I, Division, I, Groups C and D, hazardous location fan switch (NEMA enclosure 7/3). System air -intakes located within 12" of flooring to minimize accumu- lation of hazardous vapors and system discharge located near top of building to maximize hazardous vapor dispersion. Exterior exhaust fan port opening is equipped with a shutter assembly and protected with a fire damper same as air inlet vents. All ducting is constructed of 12-gauge steel and coated with epoxy both inside and out. The NEC identifi- cation number for the heater is T2B. it is rated for hazardous atmospheres with autoiginition temperatures at or above 500°F. Permanent Shelving ° Shelving is continuously welded to any interior wall of building. it is constructed of 12-gauge steel coated with chemical -resistant epoxy, is 15" deep with a 1" lip (front and sides) to contain spills, and has a load rating of 80 pounds per linear foot (40 linear feet). Access Ramp ° Access ramp measuring 48"W x 90 % x 11"H, on 8 to 1 run -to -rise ratio, fabri- cated from 1/8" thick diamond plate steel with chemical -resistant, safety yellow finish. Liquid Level Detector ° FM and CSA approved, explosion -proof (Class I, Division I, Groups C and D) ultrasonic liquid level detector (120V, 0.02A, 60 Hz, single-phase) with exterior, UL listed, FM and CSA approved audible alarm horn (120V, 0.2A, single-phase).
