Dear Mr. Laurito:
The Frederick County Planning Department administratively approved
Site Plan *019-91 of Jiffy Quick on October 3, 1991. This plan
calls for the construction of a 1,050 square foot addition to the
existing store, an additional paved area along the northeastern
portion of the lot, and the relocation of an existing propane gas
tank and security fence. Enclosed is a copy of the approved site
plan for your records.

Dear Keith:
We have reviewed the above referenced site plan dated August 6, 1991. The
current entrance on Route 7 appears adequate for the proposed improvements.
However, to prevent illegal parking on the Regency Road right-of-way standard
CG-6 curb & gutter should be extended from the existing concrete entrance
gutters and standard CG-2 curb provided along the property line as noted. We
also recommend CG-2 be installed along the property frontage with Route 7 as
well as the eastern property line to prohibit access to and from the Meadows
Farms property. Any resulting island areas should then be topsoiled and
seeded.
Please revise the plans in accordance with the above recommendations and
resubmit four (4) copies for final approval. Should any changes be deemed
necessary, please design them to meet or exceed the above recommendations.

The proposed site plan dated August 6, 1991, appears
satisfactory and is approved for construction. Consideration
should be given to improving the drainage channel paralleling
Route 7 East on the downgradient side of the Meadows Farm
property. The existing channel is clogged thus forcing
stormwater onto Route 7.
