Parcel 64-A-A currently consists of 7.924 acres zoned B-2 (General Business) in the front section of the parcel and 17.026 acres zoned B-3 (Industrial Transition) in the rear section of the parcel. These figures are based on the rezoning plat dated February 15, 1989 by L. Allen Ebert, which accompanied Rezoning Application 920-88. This rezoning was approved by the Frederick County Board of Supervisors at their meeting on January 25, 1989. The previous zoning of this property was B-2 on the northern half of the parcel and M-2 on the southern half of the parcel. At the time that Rezoning Application 920-88 was approved, Parcels 64B-A-16, 64B-A-17, 64B-A- 18, and 64B-A-19 were zoned B-2; these parcels retain this zoning designation today. These parcels front on Route 522 South of Winchester and are adjacent to Parcel 64-A-A.
