RE: Albin Ridge Mini -Storage Site Plan Approval
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Carter:
The Frederick County Planning Department administratively approved Site Plan #007-94 for
Albin Ridge Mini -Storage on March 22, 1994. The approved site plan calls for the construction
of two additional mini -storage buildings, the expansion of the paved parking and maneuvering
area with painted traffic directional arrows, the provision of 17 regular parking spaces and one
disabled parking space that is van accessible and has appropriate signage, the installation of
concrete sidewalks, the planting of oriental cherry trees around the perimeter of the parking
area, the planting of a continuous double row of white pine trees along the northeastern
boundary line, and all appropriate erosion and sedimentation control measures.
The completion of these improvements will conclude the final phase of this project. I have
provided you with two copies of the approved site plan. This will allow you to provide the
contractor with an on -site copy and keep a copy for your records. Please contact this office to
schedule an on -site inspection once all improvements are complete.
