Foodmaker on February 25, 1994. The approved site plan calls for the expansion of the
concrete paving area for tractor -trailer maneuvering, the relocation of an existing fire
control measures. hydrant,
improvements to the existing drainage facilities, and all appropriate erosion and sedimentation

RE: Preliminary Review of Foodmaker Site Plan
Dear Terry:
I have finished my preliminary review of the above referenced site plan. Please address the
following comments:
1) Please revise the address of the owner/developer.
2) Please revise the address of the designer.
3) Please have Bruce Edens sign his certificate when you submit final plans.
4) Please revise the zoning of the adjoining properties as indicated on the marked -up plan.
5) The surveyed boundaries are confusing. It appears that the existing pavement traverses
the property line. Please provide the boundary survey for lot 54-A-25A as it exists
today. The adjoining properties do not need metes and bounds descriptions.
6) There is a note pertaining to an existing parking area that provides 12 spaces. Please
show the layout for this parking area.
7) Please indicate the height of the existing buildings.
8) Please provide the location of any proposed or existing sign, outdoor lighting fixture,
outdoor storage area, sidewalk or outdoor trash receptacle.
9) Please revise the general notes section as indicated on the marked -up plan.
Please revise your site plan to reflect these comments. I will need five copies of the final
revised site plan and a copy of the approved VDOT comments. Please contact me if I may

time. To do this, write a letter advising of the amount of time needed, not
to exceed 180 days, and the reason for not having the work completed within
the allotted time.
If this request is not received prior to the expiration date, it will be
necessary to reinstate this permit with a check made payable to the Virginia
Department of Transportation in the amount of $40.00 along with a letter
giving the reason why the work was'not completed within the allotted time.
If said work is completed, it will be necessary to submit the completion
notice which was attached to the front of your copy of the permit assembly.
This will allow the permit to be closed out.

RE: Foodmaker`Tenant Revisions

Dear Terry: _
We have completed -our review of the revisions to the paving for
the Foodmaker Tenant and offer the following comments:
1) Specify the type (Class I) of Rip -`rap to be added to the
existing drainage ditch.
2) Indicate the method of stabilization to be applied to the
new drainage ditch and the corresponding cut (i.e., seed'
and mulch).
3) It is recommended that debris and sediment be removed from
the existing drainage ditch. This maintenance should be
performed from the downstream end of the new ditch to the
existing box culvert under Route 11.
Please contact me if you have any questions regarding the above
comments.
It will not be necessary to resubmit a revised site plan;
however; we would appreciate a revised plan, for our records.
