RE: Site Plan Approval for Amoco Foam Products Company Addition
Dear Mr. Nordgren:
The Frederick County Department of Planning administratively approved Site Plan #015-94 for
Amoco Foam Products Company on July 11, 1994. The approved site plan calls for the
addition of a roll storage facility to the existing manufacturing plant. The addition will comprise
of 26,664 square feet. The approved site plan also entails the construction of a new thermal
oxidizer foundation, the removal and reconstruction of one concrete ramp for loading purposes,
and the installation of a new fire protection water line.
I have enclosed two copies of the approved site plan for your records. Our department has also
provided Mr. Richard Ruckman a copy of the approved site plan. Please contact our office to
schedule an on -site inspection once all improvements are complete. If you have further
questions, please feel free to call me.
