The purpose of that conversation was to advise you of the information needed for final site plan approval for the above referenced project. Our department has received all required application information and all review agency comments. This site plan has appeared on the Planning Commission's bimonthly report, and staff has been granted administrative approval authority. In order for our department to accomplish this, the final site plan needs to reflect the following information: 1) All existing easements (water, sewer, gas, and telephone) that are located on this site. 2) The delineation of the building restriction lines (BRL) from Fairfax Pike and Town Run Lane. 3) The revision of the FAR to read 3569/39204 = .091. 4) The location and dimension of all existing signs on this site. Please revise sheet L1 to incorporate these comments. Once this is accomplished, please provide our department with four copies of sheet L1, and one copy of the entire site plan (five final copies). I will sign -off on the site plan once this information is received. During our telephone conversation, you indicated that you would not be able to provide final copies of the site plan until next week. Because these revisions are minor in nature, our department will sign -off on the building permit to allow construction to commence.
