At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site plan will not be approved until the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review agencies, have been adequately addressed. Please review Staff s comments listed below and then prepare a revised plan which adequately addresses each concern. Review Comments: 1) Site Plan Reference. Add the site plan reference number to the plan set #05-22. 2) Cover Sheet. Add a description of proposed changes (addition of 20,025 SF canopy over outdoor/RV storage area) and note that there are "no changes to previously approved landscaping, site lighting, or site signage approved with SP #13-2L" 3) General Notes & Legend. On Sheet 2 update the map number to 75-A-1041, reflecting the new parcel created. 4) Agency Approvals. Comment sheets (approvals) are required from the following agencies: Building Inspections Department, County Engineer (Public Works), the Fire Marshal, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Additional review comments may be provided on subsequent submissions Staff Recommendations (not required to be addressed in subsequent submissions). • Architecture & Design.
