For simplicity, I have shown the changes in the attached. Subject to these changes, the proposed amended proffer statement is in legally acceptable form. To that end, we are assembling an application to administratively amend the proffers, and you have been rightfully identified as the lone review agency from whom comment/approval is required for formal submission. Please find attached a copy of the proposed amended language for your review and comment. Note that the proposed language was prepared by Mike Bryan on behalf of Greystone and has been vetted through the attorney of the contract purchaser, DR Horton. I have also provided a copy of the application form and a location map to help you get oriented.
