There was a brief discussion regarding the proposed use of the property and the proposed number of employees. Upon motion made by Thomas B. Rosenberger and seconded by Dennis T. Cole, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Board of Supervisors of the County of Frederick, Virginia does herein approve Site Plan No. 038 of Brady T. You should consult Section Sixteen of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance which lists site plan requirements if any of the following revisions appear confusing or ambiguous: 1. Indicate location and width of roadway. 2.1 Indicate the location of parking areas -- the amount of spaces and loading areas. 3. The site plan should include all of the buildings shown on the property as to their use, parking, etc. (as above). 4. An erosion and sedimentation control plan should be filed with the 8ngineering Department. 5. Indicate the method of dealing with drainage. 6. Indicate the location of septic systems. 7.
