Box 862 Winchester, Virginia 22601 Dear Mr. Williams: I am enclosing a copy of your revised Site Plan as submitted. Have your surveyor add the following additions and/or corrections that were submitted by the various reviewing agencies: 1. Show the one hundred (100) foot strip along the right-of-way. 2. Show where the parking will be and the material to be used. 3. Note adjoining landowner(s) to the South. 4. Southern portion of property must be screen fenced. This should be shown on the plat. 5. Show the future use of the remaining tract or note that when it is developed that the Site Plan will be revised. 6. Trees at the East property line must be shown on the plat to be maintained. 7. Show what the area outside the one hundred (100) foot setback at the cul- de-sac will be used for . 8. A seven (7) foot buffer area from the property line must be shoran on the East and South sides of the property. Note must be made that this area will not be used. In addition to the above, a land disturbing permit must be obtained from the County Department of Public Works before any soil is moved. If the necessary changes as outlined above are made as requested, the revised Site Plan can be staff approved. Prior to such approval,the current Site Plan violations on your property must be corrected. These violations are: (1) Use of the one hundred (100) foot cul-de-sac setback area for storage and,(2) Violation of the seven (7) foot buffer established on the original Site Plan.
